Our Terms & Conditions ensure transparency regarding ordering processes, deposits, refunds, warranties, and customer obligations. As a website visitor or customer, you acknowledge and accept these terms when making a purchase or engaging with our business. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Our Terms & Conditions cover the following key business aspects:
 

• Custom Orders & Deposits: All custom cabinetry orders require a non-refundable deposit before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Any changes to the order after production has started may result in additional charges.

• Payment Terms: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments. All invoices must be settled before delivery or installation.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Since all our products are custom-made, cancellations after production begins are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects, subject to our inspection.

• Delivery & Installation: We will provide an estimated timeline for delivery and installation. However, unforeseen delays due to material supply or production adjustments may occur. Customers must ensure that the site is accessible and ready for installation on the agreed date.

• Warranties & Repairs: Our cabinetry comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages due to improper use, water exposure, modifications, or third-party installations.

• Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content associated with MJ Cabin Wood remain the intellectual property of the business. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

• Liability & Disclaimers: We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer, improper use of the products, or installation by third-party contractors. Variations in wood grain and color are natural and do not qualify as defects.
